2011 E.l.f. Holiday: Natural Eye & Warm Palettes!

A couple days ago I had to make a run to Super Target for some baby essentials. 

I stopped by the beauty aisle just to browse & lo and behold 

they had stocked a shelf with the 2011 Elf Holiday Palettes & Accessories!

I decided to go for the Neutrals, so i grabbed the Holiday Beauty Natural  Eye Palette 

& Studio Endless Eyes Pro Mini Warm Eyeshadow Palette – Limited Edition

 Both of Which were only $5 Dollars Each! 

The Warm Palette on the bottom was also in a silver sparkly box, 

but little old me was too excited to open it and accidentally threw away the box

This Palette came with 

-1 Sponge Applicator (thrown away)

-1 Mini Coffee Eyeliner (not shown)

The Coffee Eyeliner is a Dark Taupe'y Brown Color.

I mostly prefer using black eyeliners so i figured i would use it for my eyebrows. 

I actually loved it as an eyebrow pencil.

The Natural Eye Palette had alot of Chalky shadows

i was very disappointed! Just touching some shadows to swatch had them

breaking up on me. There was only like 3 or 4 shadows that were even 

remotely pigmented enough for me to use. 

The only upside was that i found a new eyebrow pencil with 

the mini coffee eyeliner this came with!

Now this one on the other hand is 10x better! The shadows are smaller but 

way more pigmented than The Natural Eye.

I know i'll be using this alot throughout this time of year.

This little palette is a great addition for the fall

 & especially for all those girls & mommy's on a budget!
